Lisa Hall
Project administrator and sound artist, London
Lisa Hall is a sound artist based in London, exploring spaces, places and how we move through them. Her listening is focused on the urban built environment, the listening body that moves within it and the sonic relationship between the two. Through interventions and performances Hall’s work attempts to instigates micro ruptures or shifts in the relationships between place and self, and to question the established structures and uses of a site through the fluidity and invisibility of sound. Exhibitions / performances have taken place at the V&A Museum, Royal Academy, Folkestone Triennial, Whitstable Biennial, Lisbon Architecture Triennial, Cafe Oto and Resonance FM amongst others.
